2013 XP 800 Ranger, Three 2017 Polaris 570 Full Sizes. All subjected to hard ranch work, long hours and rough conditions. 5 years or bust!

After a brief thaw, we've lost enough snow now that the kids have been asking about getting out the four-wheeler and the go-karts. The amusement park go karts I know where not able to perform and this soft environment, but we were able to get out the little red Tao Tao 125. Did some updates to the fuel line and added a pigtail for a trickle charger so it would always start, and they are good to go. Thinking I may try to sell the to amusement park karts for a two seat go-kart that the kids could take off road or out moving cows with us. I was thinking about trying to get a youth razor but the way they're priced just isn't in the cards. 20190317_084219.jpg 20190317_084215.jpg

Its surprising the beating and abuse the little quads will take and just keep going!

I've always found it odd that none of the Polaris youth models have 4(all) wheel drive, does anybody make one???

It looks like one of the off road models may suit you guys more. One of our neighbors has a yerf dog (?). Nothing special, but it seems to go pretty well. It looks real similar to the Coleman you are talking about. Our tractor supply and rural king sell some of these this time of year. I’m sure it would be years of fun for the kiddos.

I haven't seen one with four-wheel drive yet, even the Polaris RZR 170 S I believe or two wheel drive. Which is pretty crazy considering they're priced around $5,000 new. Do you think they're making any money?

Consider replacing the stock battery with a more powerfull one. My grandaughter had the Dora atv and when the original batt went out ( about 6 mo) I found an up grade for 40 bucks, shipped to my door! An 18ahm deep cycle battery for a wheel chair. Her atv runs twice as fast, 2x more power and almost 2x longer run time. Factory battert was 80 bucks. Just had to change the connectors, dropped right in place and can use a reg car charger to charge in less than 4 hours. Also sealed so no acid worries!
