Not a season towing experts but see it way too much in terms of loading the sxs. Highly suggest with rear engines to back onto the trailer. The video below says at least 60% of your weight should be in the front.

According to the picture, there is more than 60% laying on the neck.
It would be ok if the machine was 2 feet toward the rear.

Yup agree with you. I set mine with motor at the center point between the tongue and front axle on the trailer.

Usually the heaviest section should be just in front of the axle not all the way in.
In this case you have a crew that is loaded on a long trailer with one axle, the weight on the ball should be 10% of the load when leveled (60/40) on the trailer.

Keep in mind that the trailer axles are not always dead center, so this can effect how each trailer loads. I have had trailers with axles further back which puts the weight bias more forward naturally. The real answer here is it depends on the trailer, machine, other load, etc. The goal is to have 10-15% of the loaded trailer weight as tongue weight.

As an ex tractor trailer with a 48-59' extending flatbed and a hanging forklift (sideways spider), I had to figure out the weight of every lumber/metal/house materials that I loaded on it and distribute the loads correctly in between stops daily.
Unfortunately have seen too many accidents because of wrong loading and driving behavior with them that cost lives.

Also, in some members cases that are planning to buy/have doors or have a northstar edition, you should look at trailers with low side walls so you don't have positioning/placement problems if you need to open the door to get in and off/on load.
