You got me to thinking, I've never measured the height on my tires. I have 30" x 10" x 14" Roctanes on STI HD5 5-4 offset beadlock wheels @ 8-9 lbs. air pressure. I went out and measured them, 29 1/4-1/2" high.

13B0A979-EFE9-4842-9804-09F822380C98.jpeg 30” xg Crawlers. Look to be just over 29” at the crown at 15 psi. Will probably end up closer to 12 psi and a solid 29”. Seems like most tires run a little shy of full measurement. They would be closer at full pressure, but I will never run that much.

Installed and sounds great! I took a bunch of footage. Install, sound clips before and after. I just need to sit down for a couple hours and edit it together. I will get it posted as soon as I have some time. I will say this... MBRP is about as nice as they come. Perfect fit, great sound, looks excellent!

That thing looks like it could suck the life force out of my 570 just sitting still!

    Looks great! Diggin the exhaust!

    2019 Polaris General 4

Busy weekend. Two full days of wiring related stuff.
    - Made up a two way antenna mount out of an unused siezmik mirror bracket. Ran the coax up to and under the dash.
    - wired up the radio circuit with a fuse and to a switch.
    - wired up the halo lights in the headlights. These are on now when the key is on. I also cleaned up the wiring for the led headlights.
    - permanently wired the razor back belt temp gauge. Also wired to key on.
    - installed and ran wiring for the dual feniex fusion strobes. I mounted them to the back panel (they are super light). I wired up the two functions to an on/off/on switch I had OTRATTW make up for me. Function one is an amber strobe pattern sync’d between the two lights. The other is a white led constant I will use as a rear work light. These lights are super bright. They are made for emergency vehicles but fit my application perfectly.
    - installed the rest of the dash switches.
    - installed the RAM ball and backing plate to the dash. This will be for my GPS or maybe the Go Pro on occasion.
    - cleaned up the underhood area and finished wiring up the “Pulse” connectors.
    - finally, I cleaned it all up an put it in loom where needed both to protect, but also hide the wiring I ran in the cab area.

    Whew.

Did you adjust the headlights yet? If so, how'd it go? I haven't tried to do mine yet.

No headlight adjustment yet. It’s on my list of final things to do.

Also, I have the video of the MBRP exhaust about 75% done. I will get it finished as soon as I have a few minutes free.

Here it is finally. The install and sound clips on this MBRP exhaust! It sounds sweet and looks just as good. I will post up another thread with some additional info as well.

Sounds sweet! I was torn between the MBRP and The Aftermarket Assassains. Ended up going with the AA because I got a good deal on it. It should be here today or Monday, I'll try get a sound clip vid together while i do it too. Although I know my video won't be near as in depth as yours! Great job!

With our riding season fast approaching, I did some wrap up and prep work today. I finished the two way radio install by soldering on a new connector and installing the radio into the dash in the center cubby I modified a few months ago. The mic clip went behind the shifter. Out of the way and quick reach for me. I installed the gps on the dash with the RAM mount to test fit it. The RAM mount then went on the cage behind the front seats. This is a test location. I like the perspective of seeing the driver and their inputs to go along with the ride. Time will tell if this spot works being so far back and with the windshield frame and rear view mirror limiting the view a bit. If it does not work here I guess it’s back to the drawing board, but I will probably just put another RAM ball on the dash somewhere.
Lastly I did some pre ride checks and verified all fluid levels. I also re torqued the where lugs and bead lock rings.
Bout ready to go at this point. I still have a few things planned, but it’s ready to ride... FINALLY.
If the weather is as nice as they are calling for I’m gonna try and give her a quick wash tomorrow too.
