I plan on keeping my old Prowler a few more years.[IMG]

I've been following this story I like the stampede but I hoped the merger would make both companies stronger did not expect them to drop the prowler

Based on Textron's past history with the Bad Boy stuff I wouldn't hold much hope for good success at least for a while until they get caught up on law suits. They have a reputation for making poor choices, I know I wouldn't touch anything of their until they prove they are on the right path.

Interesting! I have given them a look thinking one of them might be in my future. I really like some of the features, operator room and the half cab storage in the Bad Boy. I probably will stick with the Polaris Ranger XP. My 2013 900 XP has been a great trouble free machine. Some days I wonder why would up grade :) but some of the new features in 2018 model I like.

Many of the pending lawsuits are for warranty claims. it seems everything that went haywire was "not a warranty issue" so numerous lawsuits have been filed. From what I have read a big part of them are for their electric versions, but other issues are from the mechanical versions as well. Lack of replacement parts for warranty claims is another, and so was downtime for repairs, some as long as 6 months were cited in lawsuits. They just need to get their act together. Some are saying they bought Artic Cat to get there hands on money to settle the law suits.....who knows?

Saw the 2018 line up, and the only Prowler shown was a 500! Still waiting for the Havoc!

I went through this back in the 80's with Polaris snowmobiles and if it weren't for management at the plant Textron would have driven them into the ground, they went on to buy them out.
